Please follow this process to activate JavaScript:

Open Internet Explorer
Click on “Tools” in the main menu bar
Select “Internet Options …”
Click on the “Security” tab
Choose “Custom Level …”
In “Security Settings” find the section called “Scripting” and tick “enable” for “Active scripting”
Re-load the page or re-start your Internet browser
